Local Data: All your habit data, including habits, streaks, badges, XP, levels, and commitments, is stored locally on your iOS device. We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device.

Account Information: We only collect your email address if you choose to contact us for support. We do not require account creation to use the App.

No Cloud Sync: Rise Now does not sync your data to any cloud servers. Your habit data stays entirely on your device, giving you complete control over your information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Track your habits, streaks, and progress locally on your device
• Calculate and display your XP, levels, and badges
• Respond to your support inquiries if you contact us

Data Storage and Security

All habit data, progress, streaks, and achievements are stored locally on your iOS device using secure storage mechanisms provided by iOS.

We do not have access to your habits, streaks, commitments, or any other personal progress data. Your data is truly yours.

Full Data Export: Rise Now provides a complete data export feature, allowing you to export all your habit data at any time. Your data, your control.

Third-Party Services

Rise Now may integrate with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to App Store transactions and downloads.
• Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the App is used in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Subscription and Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription or make an in-app purchase, all payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).

What We Access: The App may verify your subscription status through Apple's StoreKit framework to unlock premium features. This verification happens locally on your device and does not transmit your purchase information to our servers.

Apple's Role: Apple processes all payments, manages subscriptions, and handles refunds. Your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours.

No Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or in-app purchases. While Apple has the sole discretion to grant refunds in exceptional cases, we do not guarantee or facilitate any refunds. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Rise Now is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the App
• Export all your habit data using the built-in export feature
• Delete your data by uninstalling the App (since all data is stored locally)
• Request information about any data we may have if you've contacted support
• Request deletion of any support correspondence

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
